Refund policy

We want you to love your Lunatik piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Because each piece features a genuine natural gemstone, slight variations in color, pattern, or clarity compared to product photos are normal and are not eligible for return on that basis alone.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@lunatikshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds
Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our fulfillment partner will confirm its physical condition to us. Our team then reviews and approves your refund — Phase V does not make approval decisions on our behalf. Please note that our fulfillment partner charges a $3.50 return handling fee (inspection and restocking), which will be deducted from your refund — Lunatik does not add any additional charge on top of this. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 1-5 business days of your return arriving at our facility.

Return Shipping
Returns are free — we'll email you a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please send returns to:

Please include your order number on the shipping label or inside the package so we can process your return quickly.

European Union / United Kingdom Customers
If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at info@lunatikshop.com within that period.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
