Every Lunatik piece is carefully selected, inspected and packed for you. Please review your order before completing checkout. Here's how cancellations, returns and refunds work.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as the package has not yet been processed or shipped by our warehouse. To request a cancellation, email us at info@lunatikshop.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery, as described below.

Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you a prepaid return label. A flat $15 return & handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover outbound shipping, fulfillment and return shipping costs.
Prefer store credit? The $15 fee is waived.

Because each piece features a genuine natural gemstone, slight variations in color, pattern or clarity compared to product photos are normal and are not considered a defect.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover all costs and issue a full refund or replacement.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, the refund will be issued minus the actual shipping costs incurred.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@lunatikshop.com with your order number and reason for return. All returns require prior authorization from Lunatik. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our fulfillment partner will confirm its physical condition to us. Our team then reviews and approves your refund — our fulfillment partner does not make approval decisions on our behalf. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit, if you choose) within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
